The Microwave Ashing Furnace HY-MF3012E has a built in gas fan to extract flue gases from the furnace chamber while simultaneously supplies fresh air to the furnace, which will ensure that oxygen is always suffcient for the incineration process.

HY-MF3012E is energy efficient and can save up to 97% of process time compared to conventional electirc heating ashing furnaces.

HY-MF3012E can be applied to process of ashing, sulfonating, melting, drying, thermal treatment of various organic and inorganic materials as well as testing the residue on ignition(ROI), loss on ignition(LOI) etc.
