out at the earliest time(About 5-10 days).As for mass production,
it completely depends on customers’order qty (About 30-40 days).

A: Yes .
Crankshaft heat treatment is the key technology to enhance the
surface treatment.
Our crankshaft surface treatment method has Nitriding and Quench .
Crankshaft surface hardness:
Casting iron hardness: HRC48-52
Forging steel hardness: HRC52-58
4. Can you make customer brand box and engrave brand on crankshaft
body ?
A: Yes .
Customer's own brand box and engrave brand on crankshaft body is
accepted .
1.Box production moq is 50pcs. Delivery time is different as have
to do special packaging , about a week more.
2. Your Own Brand registration and Brand Use Authorization will be
required .
