Equipment material structure:
1. The internal test box is made of SUS#304 stainless steel; the
outer case is made of SECC steel plate, and the fine powder is
painted;

4. Air circulation system
High-temperature resistant long-axis motor with powerful multi-wing
wind wheel, forced horizontal air circulation: the wind source is
driven by the circulating motor to drive the wind wheel through the
electric heater, and the hot air is sent from the air duct to the
inside of the oven, and the hot air is used to suck in the wind.
The channel becomes the source to recirculate the heating, thereby
reducing the energy loss and ensuring the temperature uniformity in
the tank. When the door is opened and closed, the air circulation
system can quickly return to the operating state temperature value,
thereby making the temperature more Uniform
5. Temperature control system
The PID microcomputer automatically calculates the PV/SV
simultaneous display. It can freely set the required temperature
according to the individual's wishes within the allowable range of
the machine temperature, and can ensure the accuracy of its
temperature control through the PID parameter setting in the table.
The system is self-calculated to derive appropriate temperature
control parameters.
6. Timer: use 9999 digital setting, digital display type, and when
there is a thermometer, the time to power failure alarm
The temperature sensor adopts CA.(K)TYPE; the temperature control
mode is P.I.D+S.S.R thyristor
7. The heater is a honeycomb stainless steel heating tube with
stable temperature rise, fast heating, no pollution and long
