Design of the box

The lid of this corrugated plastic box has three plugs, and the top of the box body has three sockets. When closed the top of the boxes, the lid can be locked by these plugs & sockets structure. So no tape is needed to close the top of the box.

Furthermore, the bottom of the boxes is also auto-locked by its self. So it does not need any tapes to close the whole boxes both bottom and top.

And the empty boxes can be folded flatly to save the transporting spaces.

Introduction for the material of the boxes

The Corrugated Plastic Boxes are made from fluted /corrugated plastic sheets which are extruded from HDPP ( high density polypropylene) resin. The sheet has a similar corrugated structure as the paper cardboard, except that the flutes are rectangular as the pictures below. Due to this hollow construction, the sheet has a unique feature of light-weight.

Unlike the paper cardboard which loses its rigidity when absorbing the water, the corrugated polypropylene sheets are water and moist repellant which allow the boxes can be directly put into refrigerated storage houses, and not to worry about the condensate water. The boxes also can be washed with water to re-use for many times.

When the boxes are broken, the polypropylene material of the boxes can be re-melted for recycling.
