About 3 layer artificial roofing sheet production

1,Raw Material Mixing(PVC resin, Calcium Carbonate and other additive)
Using our reliable high efficiency hot and cool group mixer equipment, the raw materials mentioned above, and other important additives such as Cloride PE, pre-wax, Stearic Acid, Compound Stabilizer, ACR, Paraffin are precisely dosed and then completely mixed, which is a very important part in making roof sheet of good quality, because the improper mixing would lead to change of performance of roof sheet, and it will cause problem like crack, unflat and bump for PVC roof tile after produced.

Due that we are so experienced, you just don’t need to worry about the compounding formula, we have the commercial receipt for you, we have thousands of time for production experience both from initial testing and technical support to our clients for delivery before shipment or aftersales service.

2,Co-extrusion.
In this stage,if we are to produce 2 layers roof tile, we can place a single extruder SJ50 and another conical twin screw SJZ80 together for coextrusion, but actually 3 layers roof tile is common in production,in that case we will place one more extruder SJZ65. Through a series of function inside the screw, the mixed raw material is feeded,molten and compressed inside the conical twin extruder and single extruder, then the molten ASA material meets the molten PVC fluid in the distributor, but these 2 streams of fluid will not be mixed together due to the special design of plastic distributor block, where the ASA moves towards the upper layer and the PVC mixture moves towards the lower layer, and finally these 2 streams of fluids continue to move forward to the T-die by the extreme pressure caused by extruder machine to form a fixed sheet with certain width and cross-section shape.

Important tips:

You have to adjust the speed for ASA single extruder to ensure that the surface ASA layer is the same width as the PVC layer, otherwise, the surface ASA layer will go under the PVC layer, or it will not fully cover the PVC layer, in a word, the 2 layers must be of the same width. But remember that the PVC extruder speed determine the production capacity.

3,Embossing,forming and cutting.
Comparing to the glazed tile forming machine, this corrugated tile forming unit is quite diffferent, and it is something like a combination of vacuum calibration and traction together, where the hot PVC sheet is corrugated, cooled and calibrated, and finally transferred to cutter.

4,PVC products recycle and reuse.

When it comes to recycled PVC in plastic roof tile making, usually it refers to 2 or 3 layers roof tile.

Aftersales Policy

1 Technical documents
All the symbols on the equipments should be in English. Seller is responsible to provide general layout plan, electric plan, installation direction, and manual book in English to Buyer on time.
2. Quantity and quality guarantee
a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. Insurance company and shipping company will be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months since date of bill of lading
During this guarantee period, ACEMIEN will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, ACEMIEN will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
c. Long-term service:
ACEMIEN will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
