4. This glass can be supplied in the range of 3-450mm outside diameter, 0.6-20.0mm wall thickness and 10-4500mm length.

5. Exhaust tubes with good CPK are suitable for high-speed streamline production.

6. And further processing of trim cutting, fire polishing, bending and pinching and etc. can be done according to the requirement of customers.

7. OH-content can be controled within 20ppm15ppm10ppm5ppm2ppm according to the requirement of customers.

Quartz glass hardening temperature about 1730℃.
Can be used for a long time under 1100℃.
The highest temperature can reach 1450℃.

GOOD PERVIOUS TO LIGHT

Quartz glass has good transmittance in all spectral bands from purple to red.
The visible light transmittance is above 93% specially in the ultraviolet spectral region.
And the maximum transmittance is over 80%.

GOOD ELECTRICAL INSULATION

The resistance of quartz glass is 10,000 times that of ordinary and has good electrical performance even at low temperature
