1. Electric leakage
When the forklift is working, the safety of the entire vehicle circuit cannot be ignored. There is a possibility of leakage after the line is exposed or aging. 2.Grounding
In the spontaneous combustion accident caused by line faults, the main cause is grounding.
Common faults are: broken parts between the cable and the frame and the clamp was caused due to vibration and friction; the broken taillights and brake light wires led to vibration and friction. The damage of the connections causes the loose insulation. When the vehicle is running or parked, it will automatically to be grounded and prolong the fire, generate high temperature, causing damage to the insulation (or foreskin) of the electrical appliances, switches and wires, thereby increasing the jump. The fire range expands the high temperature area and eventually causes self-ignition and fire in contact with paint, leaking oil, and flammable materials.
3.Leaking oil
Leaking oil is the most horrible flammable material, and it is very important to prevent fuel leakage. When the fuel in the car leaks, the motor vehicle itself has a lot of fire sources that can ignite the fire:
1. the high-voltage electric spark generated by the point system;
2. High temperature arc generated when the battery is externally short-circuited;
