Installation and maintenance
1. | The level gauge must be installed vertically to ensure that the
float assembly can move up and down in the main tube. |
2. | There is no permissible magnet near the main body of the liquid
level gauge, otherwise it will directly affect the work of the
liquid level gauge. |
3. | After the liquid level gauge is installed, it needs to be
calibrated with magnetic steel to guide the turning column once so
that the display below the zero position is red and the display
above the zero position is white. |
4. | When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the
lower liquid introduction pipe should be opened first to allow the
liquid medium to enter the main pipe smoothly, so as to avoid the
rapid rise of the liquid medium with the floating ball assembly,
which may cause the failure of the column turning and disorderly
turning. If this phenomenon occurs, the magnetic steel can be used
to recalibrate after the liquid level is stable. |
5. | In order not to damage the float assembly during transportation,
the float assembly is taken out of the main tube of the level gauge
before leaving the factory. After the level gauge is installed, the
bottom sewage flange is opened and the float assembly is
reinstalled. Into the main body tube, pay attention to the heavy
end of the float assembly upwards, can not be flipped. If the float
assembly has been installed in the main tube at the factory, in
order to ensure that it has been transported In the process, the floating ball assembly is not damaged. We use a
soft card to fix the floating ball assembly in the main tube. As
long as the soft card is pulled out during installation. |
6. | According to the condition of the medium, the blowdown flange can
be opened regularly to clean the main pipe sediment. |
Need to understand and provide parameters
1. Installation method: Side-mounted (as shown in Figure 1)
Top-mounted (as shown in Figure 2)
2. Measuring medium: such as water, oil, other chemical solvents
and liquid raw materials
3. Material requirements: such as 304 stainless steel, 316L
stainless steel, stainless steel lined with PTFE, PP, PVC (if the
user is unclear, after providing relevant parameters, our
technicians can help to choose)
4. Measuring the temperature of the medium: the difference in
temperature determines the different choices of the material type
of the float and the display panel. When the temperature is too low
in winter, it is necessary to install a potential heat or a steam
jacket for heat preservation. The medium temperature that can be
measured by the liquid level gauge is -20℃~500℃.
5. Working pressure: The size of the pressure determines the
thickness of the main conduit and the different processing
techniques such as welding. The highest pressure of the medium that
can be measured by the level gauge can reach 10MPa.
6. Connection method: the top-mounted magnetic flap liquid level
gauge series products generally use DN80 or DN100 connection
flange, and the side-mounted magnetic flap liquid level gauge has
three connection methods: flange connection (such as DN25), clamp
connection, threaded connection.
7. Measurement range: 1. The side-mounted type is connected to the
container to be measured by the two upper and lower pipes, so the
measurement range is the distance between the centers of the two
pipes, referred to as the center distance.
