Glass plate level gauge is divided into three kinds: Transparent type, reflection-type and sight glass type. The level gauge is mainly composed by level gauge’s body, upper valve (gas valve), lower valve (liquid valve), drain valve, insurance steel ball and so on. When the glass plate have some cracks or be damaged, the insurance steel ball will automatically stop the side valve of gas and liquid to avoid or reduce flowing. So the worker can cut off the bottom valve to handle it. This series product is stable, sealed and reliable, simple installation, which is ideal instrument for detecting for liquid level in all kinds of containers with middle or low pressure.
Connecting the upper and lower flanges of this level gauge with the upper and lower flanges of the container to form a permeator, then the height of liquid can be directly seen.

Workshop and Processing
There are several types of magnetic flap level gauge valves. In
order to select the correct connection type, the user must select
them according to specific working conditions. The following is a
brief introduction to valve types. Everyone can choose the desired
destination when choosing a valve.
During the installation process, the magnetic flap level gauge
should be connected to the interior of the container under test.
Often two communication pipes are associated with the flange on
DN25. In order to facilitate future protection, this interface
should generally be connected. If the valve is installed on the
film and the level gauge assembly fails during production or daily
protection, it can be repaired by closing the valve and ejecting
the medium from the level gauge.
Type 1, globe valve
A shut-off valve (also called a shut-off valve) is a force-sealed
valve. When closing the valve, it is necessary to apply pressure to
the valve flap so that the sealing surface will not leak. When the
medium enters the valve under the valve disc, the resistance
overcome by the operating force is the friction between the valve
stem and the packing and the thrust generated by the medium
pressure. The force to close the valve is greater than the force to
open the valve. Its diameter must be large. Otherwise, the top of
the valve will be bent.
Type 2: Ball valve
The flip open and close member (spherical body) is a valve that is
driven by the valve stem and rotates around the axis of the ball
valve. It can also be used for fluid regulation and control. The
single seal v-ball valve has a strong shear force between the
v-ball core and the hard-faced metal seat, and is particularly
suitable for fibers and small solid particles.
Type 3: Gate valve
Strengths: Save effort when opening and closing. Compared with the
shut-off valve, whether the valve is opened or closed, the trek
direction of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of media
movement. Disadvantages: Corrosion and wear are easy to occur
between the sealing surfaces, making protection difficult. The
external scale is large, which requires a certain opening space,
and the opening and closing time is long. The structure is more
complicated.
Generally, the ball valve or globe valve is the valve selected in the connection between the electromagnetic valve plate level gauge and the water tank flange. According to the concept analyzed above, in order to quickly and tightly close when problems occur, generally good ball valves can be quickly closed and closed, most of which choose more ball valves.
