CFB Boiler Low environmental impact
1. As for temperatures inside the furnace, while a regular boiler
reaches 1,400-1,500°C, temperatures inside a CFB are in the low
range of 800-900°C, thus inhibiting the generation of thermal
nitrogen oxides (NOx whose production is dependent on combustion
temperature).
2. Further, with the use of two-stage combustion, NOx generation
can be limited to less than 100 ppm. When limestone is supplied to
the furnace, furnace desulfurization can take place as illustrated
by the following chemical equations.
Advantage
1. High burning efficiency, good gas and coal particle mixing,the
unburned big particles can be recycled to the hearth and be reused
efficiently.
2. De-sulfur efficiency is high,and the burning temperature is
low,so,the NOX emission is low.
3. The load can be adjusted in a wide range and with a high speed.
4. The pretreatment system is simple(comparing to the coal powder
boiler),the coal residue can be synthetically used.
