H fin bundle economizer seamless tube waste heat hot water boiler
spare parts
H Finned Tube Economizer
1. The Economizer is a device installed in the lower part of the
flue of the boiler to recover the waste heat of the exhausted flue
gas, and the boiler feed water is heated to the heated surface of
the saturated water under the steam drum pressure, because it
absorbs the heat from the high temperature flue gas, and cools down
the exhaust gas temperature of the flue gas saves energy and
improves efficiency, so it is called an economizer.
2.The steel tube type economizer is not limited by pressure and can
be used as a boiling type, and is generally made of a carbon steel
pipe having an outer diameter of 32 to 51 mm. Fins and ribs are
sometimes added to the tube to improve heat transfer. The steel
tube type economizer consists of horizontally arranged parallel
elbow tubes(known as serpentine tubes).
Economizers are mainly used in industry, and are gradually becoming
popular in agriculture and some related industries.
Classification
There are many ways to classify economizers, which can be
classified as follows:
1. According to the degree of heating of the feed water: it can be
divided into non-boiling type and boiling type.
2. According to the manufacturing materials: there are two kinds of
cast iron and steel tube economizer. Non-boiling type economizers
are mostly made of cast iron, but they are also made of steel
pipes, while boiling type economizers can only be made of steel
pipes. Cast iron economizers are mostly used in boilers with a
pressure of ≤2.5MPa. If the pressure exceeds 2.5 MPa, an economizer
made of steel pipe should be used.
3. According to the form of the device: there are two types of
vertical and horizontal.
4. According to the relative flow direction of smoke exhaust and
feed water: there are three types: downstream, countercurrent and
hybrid.
5. According to the structure: light pipe economizer and fin type
economizer. The fin type economizer includes: an H-type economizer
(used more) and a spiral fin economizer.
6. According to the form of heat conduction: direct conduction and
indirect conduction;
Direct conduction is to directly use the boiler exhaust gas to
directly preheat the boiler water; indirect conduction is to
indirectly preheat the boiler water through the heat conduction
medium; after the 1990s, the indirect conduction technology
developed rapidly in the country, and made great breakthroughs in
technology, mainly with heat conduction. Oil technology patent and
superconducting energy saving technology patent. Especially since
the beginning of the 21st century, the aerospace super-thermal
material technology has been at the forefront of the world's boiler
energy-saving field.
Principle
1. H fin tube is a kind of boiler parts, to have two steel circular
symmetry to be welded on fluorescent tubes to form fins positive
shap much like letter "H", so called H-fin tube. H-economizer
widely used in utility boilers, industrial boilers, marine power,
such as the tail of heat exchanger components.
2. H-economizer two rectangular fin, similar to a square, its edge
length for the fluorescent tubes of 2-fold, an expansion of the
heating surface.
3. H-economizer flash resistance welding processes used, the
welding seam after the high rate of fusion, weld tensile strength,
and has good thermal conductivity. H-economizer can also
manufacture dual tube "double H" type fin tubes, its rigid
structure, and can be applied to a longer tube row occasion.
