Principle:
Sous Vide is general used for the Vacuum Sealed foods packaged in various Heat-resistant plastic bags/pouches. Put them in Sous Vide and keep a constant Low temperature water bath for a long time cooking.
Benefits:
1. Reduce the loss of water:
Under the vacuum & low temperature cooking state, water loss from the food materials is only between 5% -8%, and that make sure food more tender.
2. Keep the original flavor of food materials:
During the long cooking process, most of flavor material, minerals, amino acids will be retained in the meat. This effect can reduce the consumption of seasonings, and at the most retain the nutritional content of food materials.
