Characteristics

The HTL-2200 production line has adopted Japanese new technology and developed to fully automatic for wafer stick production.

It consists of a raw materials preparing machjne, a baking machien, two pumping machines, two center-filling machinesand conveyerbelt.

The raw materials are mixed according to recipe and pumped to baking tools.

The scraping knives deliver product to column toolsand forming stick rope, then cut to perfered length, transferred by conveyer belt for packing.

The baking machine uses gas heating with automatic fire ignition, automatic alarming system to cut off gas for safety, automatic temperature control.

All equipments are computer programmed and frequency transformer control, variable speed, adjustable thickness of product,automatic cutting, adjustable length, automatic control of center filling.

Application

It is applicable to making egg roll,center filling egg roll and crispy egg roll.
