THis series small feed pellet product line is our company new design small scale animal feed pellelt production equiment, it can process all kinds of grain feed into pellet feed, it can be used to meet customer feeding chicken,pig,rabbit,cattle,etc feed pellet demand. The feed pellet making line production capacity around 500kg per hour. During pellet line produce pellet feed,it also can also produce powder or mash feed for chicken or pig feed,output 0.5-1ton per hour.

Simple Flowchart for Small Feed Pellet Product Line:

1. Feed hammer mill and mixer section: Screw elevator lift grain and powder feed into hammer mill and mixer.

2. Feed pellet mill section:Screw lift mix feed into pellet mill hopper produce pellet feed.

3. Pellet collection and sifter section: Blower absorb pellet feed into cyclone and sifter to package.

4. Electric control cabinet
