Application:
JZC series concrete mixer is also called friction mixer. It is a concrete mixer model driven by rubber roller friction. This mixer is a drum type concrete mixer with positive rotation mixing and reverse discharge type.
It has low noise and stable operation. It has the advantages of convenient operation and movement, high mixing quality, and can mix plastic and semi-dry concrete.

Precautions for the operation of concrete mixer:
1. The concrete mixer should be installed on a flat and solid place with a stable support pad. The operating table should be padded with plastic boards or dry wooden boards.
2. Before starting, check the machinery, safety guards and drums to confirm that the equipment is safe and that there are no tools or debris in the drum.
3. During the feeding process, it is strictly forbidden to put your head or hand between the hopper and the frame to inspect or touch.
4. It is strictly forbidden to work under the hopper when it is raised. Measures must be taken to secure the hopper before cleaning the pit.
5. Do not put your hands or tools into the mixer during the operation of the machine.
6. The operator should concentrate and not leave the post at will during the operation. When the concrete mixer fails, the power supply should be cut off immediately.
7. Before entering the mixing drum for maintenance and cleaning, the operator must cut off the power supply, remove the fuse and lock the power supply box, and assign a special person to monitor it.
8. The hopper should be dropped to the hopper pit after operation. The hopper must be secured when it is raised.
