The Centralized Multi Set Anchor Torque integrates the unique characteristics of the Multi Set Anchor Torque mechanism with a centralizing system of drag blocks to minimize vibrations and dampen harmonics generated by high rpm PC Pumps. This inventive design encompasses drag blocks that safeguard the anchor blocks until the torque anchor is ready to be set, while also offering protection during the entire anchoring process.
In inclined wells, these centralizing blocks serve to prevent premature wear of the anchoring blocks when moving in and out of the well. During pumping operations, the centralizing blocks mitigate vibrations from the pump, ensuring a smooth interaction between the pump and casing. Thanks to the original design of the anchoring blocks, a straightforward engagement and disengagement process is all that is needed to operate effectively.
