Features of Waste radiator recycling plant:
1. This scrap radiator recycling plant is consisted of crusher,
shredder, conveyor, separator and dust collector. First crusher of
the line can also be used for crushing scrap copper wires and other
kind of metals.
2. Normal radiator from air conditioner and car can be processed by
this line, and compressed radiator can be also recycled. No limit
about the radiator size.
3. Output copper pieces and aluminum pieces can be reused. Also the
output piece size can be adjusted as customers' requirement.
4. The whole separating line for radiator is controlled by PLC
controller. Only two workers required to operate the equipment.
5. All of the equipment and spare part are with high quality and
has long use life. We will also supply necessary equipment to help
customer maintain the complete plant.
6. The first crusher designed by double roller and have the
advantage of low noise, big crusher chamber and etc.
7. The cutter of first crusher use the special tool steel and the
crushing range is wide. Both have splitting, tearing, squeezing and

the separator rate can reach up to 95%.
9. The pulse dust collector can prevent the leak of dust and the
dust-cleaning rate can reach 99%, have no secondary
pollution.Separated by the air flow separator and the separation
rate can reach 97%.
Working principle of Radiator separating line:
Radiator harmless separating and recycling machine,which adopts
dry-type crusher ,magnetic separator and air separator to break and
separate the radiator, turning the radiator into copper, iron and
aluminum. The whole process is conducted in negative pressure.
The equipment needs hand feeding and inside hard material, such as
chunks of iron or large screws, shafts, should be picked out in
advance. Then after first crushing and second crushing, aluminum,
iron and copper are taken off. At last, magnetic separator and air
separator separate aluminum, iron and copper. Pulse dust catching
system is allocated in crushing and separation part, effective
solution to the dust discharge. The crushing and separation system
is equipped with pulse dust collector system, so the dust problem
can be solved.
