CE Cold Room Storage Use Powder Coated Radio Shuttle Pallet Runner Rack System

Pallet runner racking, is a storage and retrieval system. The pallet shuttle system consists in a specific rack and a mobile shuttle. This shuttle is a self-powered device that runs on rails in the storage lanes for the loading and unloading of pallets. It is transported to its location at the front or the back of a lane (in case of open back side) by a standard forklift. Once at its home position, the shuttle performs the loading and unloading tasks without any human intervention.

These tasks are instructed by the fork lift driver using a remote control. Once the tasks are completed the shuttle returns to its home position and is then ready to be transported to a new location for a new task.

Using process

First, use forklift to put the shuttle at the front end of rail.

The section of rail is oblique, which facilitates to place the shuttle.

Then put the goods on the initial position of rail.

Operate the controller at the moment and press the automatic warehousing button to transport the goods with pallet to the depth of rail to complete warehousing.

When taking the goods out of the warehouse, place the goods on the initial position of rail and operate the controller and press the automatic ex-warehouse button and the shuttle transports the goods to the end of rail and use forklifts to take off the goods to complete the ex-warehouse.

Then turn to another channel for operation.

The shuttle can realize switching of A/B sides to store and take goods at both ends of the rail.
