This product in the picture is made by using Insert Molding method.
At first, the brown part is made by injection molding, then using that part, black part is injected on the brown part.
We have experienced in making Customized Products in Medical and Laboratory Area.
Both brown and black parts is made from Plastic but, it is also acceptable to make products by using Plastic X Metal.

Before the project started:

1, If you have 3D STEP/IGES/X_T drawing or 2D drawing, please directly send to us

before quotation, then we will do DFM and mould design for you.

2, If you have samples no drawings, please directly provide us samples, we can design

3D for you,and quotation.

Transport ways:

(1)Shipments for Not heavy are via DHL,TNT,UPS, or Fedex etc ,heavy weight and big size is Via Sea, Or according your requirements.

(2)We supply standard or non standard pipe fitting/tube fiting in a huge of sizes and pack quantities, our is constantly increasing as we strive to become one of the best plastic pipe cap/tube insert suppliers.
