General Description

and rules. For the purpose of reliable, a first circuit must be carried out the following operations before charaging.
1 The installation box list be checked whether random file is complete ,and check whether the product nameplate and
certificate are consistent with purchase order .
2 Checking the product whether it have damaged, or other direct trauma .
3 Cleaning the products of insulation surface, transport pollution may affect the product in the process of insulation
performance .
4 Using the method of secondary electrifying to test the opening and closing operation of the switch, Observing
whether the state of the switch position indicator is normal .
5. VFC handcart should be pushed by service handcart rack, and wave in the test, the product in the opening condition
should be able to smooth move between the working position and test position.
Products should be tested before formal operation of power frequency withstand voltage test, we consider the power
frequency withstand voltage test for many times under the influence of the unrecoverable isulating performance, and do not
recommend according to the full capacity to test, 10 kV products shall be carried out in accordance with the 38 kV 1 min, 7.2
kV products shall be carried out in accordance with the 28 kV/ 1 min.
The installation of VFC basic operation can refer to the middle-placed handcart installation of circuit breaker .
Applying ambient conditions and matched switch panel width

1. Ambient temperature: max temperature: +40ºC, and the average temperature within 24hours should be no more than 35ºC, min temperature: -15ºC.
2. Relative humidity: the average humidity of a day should be no more than 95%, the average humidity of a month should be no more than 90%.
3. Saturated vapor pressure: the average pressure of a day should be no more than 2.2kPa, the average pressure of a month should be no more than 1.8kPa.
4. The height above sea level: ≤1000m, Max. 4500m (need technical review).
5. Earthquake intensity: not exceed 8 degrees.
6. It should be installed in the places without dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gas, vapor and salt spray etc. pollutions.
7. Matched switch panel width: 650mm
