Product description
Automatic pecan sheller is mainly used for hard shelling of walnuts. The yield and the
integrity rate of nuts are different depending on the variety of
walnuts. Automatic pecan sheller has two structures. One structure is to adjust the speed of the
motor so that the speed is fast and the internal wind is suitable.
The other is to achieve the best shelling effect by adjusting the
internal clearance. The machine feeds from the top and is unpacked
and discharged through the machine. The design considers factors
such as energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency,
and good quality, and meets the characteristics of “high
efficiency, high quality, low consumption, safety, health and
environmental protection” of advanced agricultural machinery. The
sorting requirements of the processed walnuts are not high, and the
pecans after the initial screening can be processed; the shell is
broken by the principle of mechanical eccentric shaft; the

Operation method
1. First check if the connections and transmission parts are loose
and if there are any abnormalities.
2. The power supply and electrical device terminals are in good
contact.
3. The roller gap has been adjusted before leaving the factory.
Because the size of the walnut is different, the size of the gap is
adjusted according to the size of the fruit shape.
4. Clearance adjustment:
The small machine is: the top of the intermediate shaft has two
nuts that lock each other, loosen the twisted middle shaft nut,
roll the upward adjustment gap, and the bigger the broken shell,
the smaller the lower gap becomes smaller, the smaller the shell
is, and then adjusted. Re-lock the two nuts to each other. Because
the walnut varieties vary in size and shell thickness, a small
amount of walnuts is put into the boot to see the size effect after
shelling. When the shell is too large, the gap is small; Adjust
about 5 mm at a time;
Large machines are: speed control speed, the faster the speed, the
smaller the shell, the slower the shell is. Because the walnut
varieties are different in shell thickness, a small amount of
walnuts is put into the boot to see the shelling effect. By
adjusting the speed, the high integrity rate and the size effect
after shelling are achieved. The small fruit is unshelled and then
removed again after the re-adjustment gap. When the shell is too
large, the speed is adjusted fast; Adjust about 50 revolutions at a
time.
