Installation
1. Check whether the fasteners of the various parts of the machine
are loose. If it is loose, it needs to be fastened.
2. Place the machine on a level surface that is difficult for
others to access.
3. The grounding mark on the lower part of the machine must be
grounded reliably to avoid leakage and injury.
4. User-owned all-pole disconnect device (such as knife gate),
connect the machine cable
5. Close the knife lock, pull the switch handle to make the machine
test run, the machine can be put into use without abnormal noise.
Operating procedures
1. Stir the flour into the dough bucket first, add 50% water to
stir, stir for about 5 minutes, and mix well. If the dough is mixed
with the auger, sprinkle some dry flour to eliminate. When the
machine is operating normally, the auger's steering should be
aligned with the arrow on the belt guard.
Note: When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to
reach in!
2. After the good face, disconnect the power supply, open the cover, pull out the latch, turn the face barrel 90 degrees, insert the pin fixed surface barrel, and take the face. If the dough is too large, use a knife to cut the dough into pieces and take it out. If the dough at the bottom of the dough can't be removed, you can use the reverse to send the dough out and take the noodles.
Maintenance procedures
1. Always check the fasteners of each component during use, if it
is loose and tightened in time;
2. The gear meshing area of the machine is lubricated with
grease. Once every half month, the powder metallurgy bearing bush
is placed in the bearing housing. Each shift must be filled twice
to the oil cup on the bearing housing. Otherwise, the shaft and the
bearing bush will be self-supporting;
3. The amount of flour added in the dough should not exceed the
capacity of the dough barrel to avoid burning the motor;
4. If the dough is found to be oily, repair it in time and replace
the oil seal.
Cleaning
1. Dough kneading machine should be cleaned in time after use, so as not to affect the
re-use;
2. The height of the water added to the dough bucket during
cleaning should not exceed the lowest point of the shaft to prevent
water from overflowing from the shaft hole of the side panel of the
doughnut or flowing into the side panel interlayer to affect the
service life;
3. This machine is an anti-drip type device. It is forbidden to
clean with a spray pipe.
Caveat
1. Cover the cover with the dough, and strictly prohibit the hand
from reaching into the face of the dough bucket;
2. The electrical switch must be damaged by a professional
electrician.
