Operation
1. Try cutting before work, observe whether the specifications of the cut vegetables are the same as the required specifications, otherwise the slice thickness or the length of the cut vegetables should be adjusted, and the normal work should be carried out after meeting the requirements.
2. Intelligent cutting machine installation vertical knife: put the vertical knife on the fixed knife plate, the cutting edge is in parallel contact with the lower end of the fixed knife plate, the fixed knife plate pin is on the tool holder, the cutter nut is tightened, and the fixed knife plate is removed. can.
3. Other cutting machine installation vertical knife: first turn the adjustable eccentric wheel to make the knife holder go to the bottom dead center, then lift the knife holder up 1/2 mm, so that the vertical knife is in contact with the conveyor belt, tighten The nut fastens the vertical knife to the tool holder. Note: The height of the tool holder can be grasped according to the vegetables being cut. If the elevated height of the overhead is small, the vegetables may have a knife. 4. Cut vegetable length adjustment: Observe whether the length value displayed on the control panel matches the required length.
