Production Process
Raw milk refrigeration temporary storage, filtration, preheating -
double filter + plate preheating - homogenization - sterilization -
pre-cooling - cooling - filling.
Milk processing milk needs to first enter the double filter from
the cold storage tank, the double filter filters out some
impurities in the milk, and then enters the preheating tank, the
preheating tank is heated to 40 degrees - 60 degrees, the milk
enters The homogenizer, the working principle of the homogenizer in
the homogenization of dairy products is mainly: crushing the fat
globules in the milk, so that the internal structure of the milk is
recombined, so that the structure is more stable, the taste is more
delicate, and the color is better and more white. The milk is then
entered into the pasteurization machine for sterilization. The
sterilization temperature of the pasteurization machine is about 90
degrees, and then the milk enters the pre-cooling tank to cool down
to about 40 degrees. After that, the yogurt can be selected to
enter the fermenter, and the milk enters the refrigerating tank.
The whole assembly line has storage tanks, double filters, preheating tanks, homogenizers, pasteurizers, pre-cooling tanks, fermenters, refrigerating tanks and filling machines.
