Electronical Programmable Foil Width 1000mm Dry Type Transformer Winding Machine BRJ1000-2 is a special winding machine for winding transformer or reactor foil coil. The max foil width is 1000mm, and this machine can wind one or two layers of foil at once. The winding machine can wind copper foil with 0.2 - 2.0 mm thickness and aluminium foil with 0.3 - 3.0 mm thickness. The power of the main winding motor is 15KW, which provides enough torque to wind foil and insulation paper. TIG winder and water cooler are also provided with the machine, making the machine have automatic function of welding foil and bar.
