The semi automatic HV LV transformer coil winding machine can wind copper or aluminium flat and round wire. The coil winding machine is suitable for winding different specifications of copper or aluminum wire coils. The transformer coil winding machine is provided with two speed gear, low speed and high speed. When winding flat or big sized wire, using low speed gear to gain big torque with 0 - 50 rpm, when winding small sized wire, adopting high speed gear to gain high speed with maximum speed 200 rpm. The counter is used to count the number of turns.
