Features:
1.The machine adopts the guillotine type structure, which is mainly composed of a frame, a knife holder, a blade gap adjusting mechanism, a pressing material mechanism, a front stopper, a rear stopper, a hydraulic system and an electrical system.

2.The frame is made of steel structure, left and right vertical plate, worktable and pressure plate are welded into a whole structure. After welding, the internal stress is eliminated by tempering, so the whole steel is good and the stability is high.
3.The use of German large-scale floor boring and milling machines, using a processing method, for precision machining, to ensure machining accuracy.
4.Cutter holder use three-point support rolling guide rail, reducing the friction to the greatest extent, and realizing seamless rolling during cutter holder moving.
5.Left-most front holder configured with verticality regulator and front positioning device, easy operation and high efficiency;
6.Simple and effective blade adjusting mechanism rearranges blade clearance by NC system, improving the cutting quality.
7.Fine ball screw and polished rod structure, using good-performance frequency converter positions X axis to ensure accuracy, unique designed timing transmission mechanism, stable and reliable.
8.Light and shadow line is conductive to manual scribing for cutting; stable and reliable hydraulic transmission; integrated hydraulic system is able to significantly alleviate problems causing by hydraulic fluid leakage.
9.Made by high-quality alloy tool steel capable enough to against impact load and high wear resistance when cutting;
10.With reference to ergonomic design, easy operation with NC system surface, improving the operation precision and comfortability; rolling ball workbench to reduce friction and prevent work piece surface from scratching; unique and practical safety guard, line with safety specifications, protect the personal safety; exquisite design, petty work piece can be done easily by hand.
