Cnc hydraulic fast speed press is the repalcement of mechanical press,it has the advantage of mechanical press and one column hydraulic press.It can punch hole ,cut angel ,cut ,stamping and deep drawing and sheet metal forming shape.

It use plc control,touch screen operation.It can be operated by hand and automatic operation,the machine work more stable,the noise is small,high precision.The danger parameter is 0.

If with feeder,it can work without man,one man operate many machines come true,it can also access the web for remote operation.

The machine all technology use program operation ,slider stroke,speed,pressure,deep drawing,number,no need with people operation.

Main structure:

The hydraulic press is composed of main engine, hydraulic system, electric control system and auxiliary part.

1main engine

The main engine has machine body,main cylinder,cooling system and limit equipment.

2 machine body

The main body is of weld Q235 steel ,annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress, polishing .The slider and worktable has T slot.

Slider and worktable

The slider and worktable is well casted,then keep 200°eliminate internal stress,the slide is in the middle of the machine,the upper is connected with main cylinder, the lower has T slot for fix the mold ,the slider use rectangular guide rail,which can promise the high precision and rigidity is good.

3 main cylinder

The main cylinder is piston cylinder,main cylinder is connected with slider,the main cylinder is installed in the machine frame,locked by cylinder nut.Piston rod surface has wear resistant treatment,oil cylinder use good quality seal ring,life is long, sealing performance reliable.

4 Hydraulic system

Hydraulic system is to produce and distribute the work oil and equipment, and make sure the hydraulic press to achieve a variety of actions . The oil tank is welded with steel plate, and the sealing structure is adopted.The tank is provided with a filter, and it has a window hole to clean the oil tank.it has liquid level meter.

5 Oil pump

The main oil pump use axial piston pump, the pump’s biggest feature is with the pressure increase, the flow rate is proportional to reduce, keep the same power, effective energy conservation.

6 Hydraulic integrated control valve

Hydraulic integrated control valve adopts two way cartridge valve centralized control, which has the functions of voltage regulation, commutation, holding pressure, unloading, support, fast slow conversion, super pressure protection and so on.The control block of the main cylinder is provided with a two stage anti slide falling device and a safety valve. When the sliding block stops at any position, the device is automatically closed to ensure the reliability and safety of the sliding block.When the cavity is closed due to the block of the valve block, the bypass valve can be discharged in time to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.

7 Filling valve

Filling valve is on the top of the main oil tank,when the slider fast down,the oil from pump cannot supply the upper chamber of main oil tank,the upper chamber of oil tank is negative pressure,the filling valve open and the oil come to oil tank and make sure the slider fast down speed .When the slider return , the control of the oil liquid to open the pre vent small spool,After removing the pressure of the main cylinder,open the filling valve,the oil form main cylinder back to the oil tank.

8 electrical system

electrical system has motor part and control part.

9 Motor part

Voltage is custom made,it has automatic air switch ,circuit breaker,thermal relay,AC contactor and three phase squirrel cage induction motor for driving oil pump,motor use Y-△start,safe and reliable

9 Control part

Control part:use screen touch and removable control,the main control is on the left of the machine.The electric cabinet is made of cold rolled steel plate,electrostatic spray,it has plc program control part,other control components,light,fan.panel has control buttons,and function switch,emergency stop,monitoring indicator light and counter.Mobile station is for cnc control operation,it has emergency stop.

10 Safety protection

On the top of the machine have maintenance platform,ladder. The cartridge valve is provided with a two stage anti sliding support loop to ensure the reliability and safety of the sliding block.

Safety pressure:The hydraulic system is provided with a safety valve, when the hydraulic pressure exceeds the set value, the automatic overflow, and the alarm signal is sent out.
