At the same time, the RV reducer has much higher fatigue strength, stiffness and life than the harmonic drive commonly used in industrial robots, and the hysteresis accuracy is stable. Unlike the harmonic drive, the motion accuracy will be significantly reduced with the use of time. Therefore, many high-precision industrial robot transmissions in many countries in the world use RV reducers. Therefore, this kind of RV reducer has gradually replaced the development of harmonic reducers in advanced industrial robot transmission.
Working principle of RV Reduction Gear
The RV drive is a new type of transmission developed on the basis of cycloidal pinwheel drives.The RV reducer consists of an involute cylindrical gear planetary reduction mechanism and a cycloidal pinion planetary reduction mechanism.The involute planetary gear is integrated with the crankshaft as an input to the cycloidal pinion drive section.The crankshaft drives the cycloidal wheel for eccentric motion.The crank rotates clockwise clockwise for 1 week and the cycloidal wheel moves 1 tooth counterclockwise.The core components of the RV reducer are the pin housing, the crank shaft and the cycloidal wheel.

Warranty service of RV Reduction Gear
We provide one year quality warranty for our ZKRV series of gear
reducers provided that they are used under rated conditions,
assembled properly or applied under good lubrications. During this
warranty period, refund or free replacement is guaranteed by our
company when the performance of the gear reducer is severely
downgraded or malfunctioned, however, we will not be responsible
for the other costs arisen hereof.
The following situations are exempted from our warranty scope while
paid service is available.
