The Cycloidal Gear reducer is a new type of transmission developed on the basis of cycloidal pinwheel drives, it consists of an involute cylindrical gear planetary reduction mechanism and a cycloidal pinion planetary reduction mechanism, the involute planetary gear is integrated with the crankshaft as an input to the cycloidal pinion drive section.The crankshaft drives the cycloidal wheel for eccentric motion, the crank rotates clockwise clockwise for 1 week and the cycloidal wheel moves 1 tooth counterclockwise, the core components of the RV reducer are the pin housing, the crank shaft and the cycloidal wheel.

We provide one year quality warranty for our ZKRV series of gear reducers provided that they are used under rated conditions, assembled properly or applied under good lubrications. During this warranty period, refund or free replacement is guaranteed by our company when the performance of the gear reducer is severely downgraded or malfunctioned, however, we will not be responsible for the other costs arisen hereof.
