Function 1
Spraying Water Cooling Tunnel for Hot Filling Bottled Juice (PL-1) adopts a three section cooling water recycling cooling design. The first section uses water at 85-65 degrees Celsius. The second part is at 50-35 degrees Celsius, and the third part adopts aseptic water spray. The outlet bottle temperature is below 35-40 degrees Celsius.
Function 2
Due to the low temperature filling (4 degree), while the normal
temperature is higher than in such an environment, the water in the
air is easily condensed in the outer surface of the bottle, which
causes inconvenience to the labeling and wrapping.
Bottle warming machine is tunnel-type spray equipment, spray water
through the circulation of heat exchanger, divided to three
temperature zones (which can also design more zones), to be
increased to room temperature(30-35degree).

Working principle
1, The inverter puts needle reducer and drives initiative square
axles rotate through roller chain. The sprocket on the square axle
drives the chain board of plastic to be moved, form the board
organization of the chain. The in-feed bottle comes into the hot
water area, and is arranged orderly, warming the bottle by hot
water heated by steam.
2, Section I is the rising temperature by hot water, the
temperature controlling precision is ± 2. When the water comes to
regulated level, the water flows out of overfall. Section II is the
permanent temperature of hot water. The hot water feeds into the
launching trough, while the level of troughs is lower than the
liquid level, the water circulation is supplied water supply. When
the water comes to regulated level, the water flows out of the
overfall.
3, Section III is the spraying device of pure water, in order to
keep the anhydrous mark of appearance after the cooled bottle dry.
4, Under the automatic condition, all of pumps run automatically,
protected by low liquid level. Low liquid level can postpone a
certain second(it is can designed in local).
5, No matter what it is manually or automatically controlling, the steam metering needle would work, under the condition of Trough No. 1 and No. 2 start-up; It shuts off up to the designed temperature, and the steam metering needle turns off; It turns on, while it is lower than the designed temperature.
