Aluminum Evaporator Serpentine Tube Bender

1. Main Application

The quipment is used to straighten aluminum flat tube coils, bend the flat tubes into a serpentine shape, and cut the bended tubes. The working process goes on automatically starting from feeding, straightening, bending to cutting.

2. Main Characteristics

The electrical control system is comprised of PLC and a touch screen. Feeding of the flat tube is through the ball screw and a driving servo motor. The program can be set up through the touch screen, and the programs can be stored directly. The machine can bend serpentine tubes of various specifications. The machine has a high repetition accuracy, and a high stability. Different bending angles are available by changing the data of the bending program on the touch screen.

Our company provides test-running service to the customers. We would send our engineers to the buyer's site for installation, test-running and training service. The customer should bear the following costs: round-way air ticket fare, and board and lodging, and daily allowance.
