2.Application
The vacuum casting parts porosity sealing equipment is suitable for: machining (multi-faced thread holes) oil
stained castings and thread holes (M3 or more) machining oil stained castings in case that customers do not
have cleaning equipment.
3. Equipment features
(1)Ultrasonic degreasing and rotation system are used to ensure that the product is relatively dry.
(2)Vacuum drying saves drying time and provides high production efficiency and rhythm
(3) The six-way centrifugal dewatering system can centrifuge and dry the impregnating sealant in the threaded
holes of the six faces of the product, which reduces the consumption of impregnating agent and saves costs
compared with the traditional four-way centrifugal dewatering system, and also provides favorable conditions for the
next step of cleaning
(4)The vacuum resin impregnation equipment uses the rotation cleaning system, it can clean the threaded holes on
six sides of the product without residue, no longer need to manually blow the residual liquid of the threaded holes with
an air gun, because the artificial blowing is not environmentally friendly, the artificial air gun blowing cannot guarantee
every hole blown at and also cause visual fatigue.
(5)The vacuum impregnation sealant equipment for castings saves a lot of labor, and the cost effectiveness is very high.
(6)PLC and mechanical arm automatic control, reduce labor costs.
