Plastic PVC Powder High Speed Hot and Cold Mixer Unit Machine

Plastic PVC powder high speed hot and cold mixer unit machine is mainly used for the addition, mixing, drying and coloring of plastic powders. It is suitable for various plastic resins such as PVC, PE, PP, etc. The plastics material mixer consists of a heating and cooling mixer that feeds the hot material from the heating mixer to a cooling mixer for cooling to eliminate gas and avoid combustion.

Features

• The lid of the pot is sealed with double sealing ring, which is pneumatically opened and easy to operate. It has a better sealing effect than a conventional seal.

• The PVC high speed mixer blade adopts a large inclination angle and a single-layer palm to raise the material along the inside of the pot, so that the cooling jacket can be cooled down sufficiently.

• MagStar specially designed the temperature point in the pot to directly contact the material to prevent the material from running below the set temperature. This ensures product quality, increased production flexibility, safety and reliability.

• In order to avoid material leakage and improve the quality of the final product, the discharge valve uses a plunger gate and a shaft seal. The inner surface of the door is strictly opposite to the inner wall of the pot, and there is no dead space.

• The top cover of the mixer has a degassing device to remove water vapor during the hot mixing process to avoid adverse effects on the material.
