1.Overview
The gas atomization powder manufacturing equipment melts metal or
alloy in vacuum or inert gas protection condition. The metal liquid
passes through preheated crucible and runs down from conveying
tube. High-pressure gas flow disintegrates melt into fine droplets.
These droplets solidify in flight into powder in spherical or
semi-spherical shape.
The whole gas atomization production line includes gas atomization
powder manufacturing equipment, nitrogen circulating system, powder
classification system etc..

This gas atomization equipment utilizes high pressure gas to
atomize molten metal into spherical or semi-spherical metal or
alloy powder, which cannot be produced by normal water atomization
methodology. Moreover, rapid solidification bypasses segregation
problem.
