General Description of Waste Water Treatment Centrifuge
For water purification plants, sewage treatment plants, high-performance water treatment dedicated decanter centrifuge is an ideal solution; it highly adapts to the sludge features, but also has a greater process capacity to handle at low concentrations (SS 0.5 %) case without thickener / concentrator to meet the process aim of concentration and dewatering.
Process Description
The remaining sludge from the sludge pit (primary sediment, secondary sediment) going though the shear pump which smash the glass, plastic bags. The feeding pump feed the sludge (concentration 0.5 ~ 4%, or higher) into the centrifuge, at the same time, dosing pump is automatically dosing flocculant (concentration 1 ~ 3 ‰) into the pipeline. Therefore, the sludge turned to be pellet floc before enter the centrifuge. After the separation of the centrifuge, the dewatered mudcake is discharged from the drum and discharged to the outside through a screw conveyor. The dewatering system is widely used in municipal wastewater treatment such as oxidation ditch, AB, A / O, A2 / O, SBR and MBR processes as well as traditional sewage treatment processes.

With the XBSY/WP decanter centrifuges, two liquids with different specific gravities can be individually separated from solids.
Solid-liquids are separated in the liquid phase zone and are decanted and discharged from the Solid bowl to prevent cross contamination. There is generally is discharged under pressure and which by big gravity . The adjustment during the operation of the centrifuge ensures maximum purity of both liquid phases, thus often removing the additional downstream separation machine.
Water Treatment field
The impurities such as glass and braids in the biochemical sludge
from the sludge tank is pulverized and removed. The sludge pump
sends the sludge (concentration 0.5~4% or higher) into the
centrifuge, and the fully automatic flocculant dosing device adds
continuously PAM flocculant solution (concentration 1~3‰) into the
feed pipe through the dosing pump for flocculation in the feed pipe
and in the vicinity to produce flocculus to be sent into the
centrifuge. The dehydrated mud cake is discharged from the drum by
a centrifuge, and transported to the outside through the screw
conveyor.
The dehydration system is widely used for oxidation ditch, AB, A/O,
A2/O, SBR, MBR, anaerobic fermentation, and other processes, as well
as urban domestic sewage, municipal sewage, landfill leachate,
urban tap water, purified water, and some industrial wastewater of
conventional sewage treatment processes. Solid-liquid separation is
achieved by a high-performance DE type two-phase high-efficiency
centrifuge.
