Centrifuge Applies in Fruit juice, Tea, Red Wine Production
In the production process of vegetable juice and fruit just, the fruits and vegetables are crushed and then put into the pressing process. The pulp is divided into juice and pomace by the squeeze of the juicer. In the process of separating the juice and the pomace, the horizontal screw centrifuge is applies due to its Small footprint, low energy consumption, labor saving, continuous production, good operating environment, etc.. It has been widely used by major juice manufacturers. The juice separation and concentration integrated machine developed by ZK separation can extract the pomace from the juice and achieve the clarifying effect on the juice. According to different requirements, it can be divided into clear juice and mixed juice. Clear juice such as: apple juice, grape juice, etc.; mixed juice such as: fruit orange.
Decanter Centrifuge Operating principle:
Separation takes place in a horizontal bowl equipped with a screw conveyor. The process material is fed into the bowl through a stationary inlet tube and is smoothly accelerated in the accelerate chamber. Centrifugal forces force instant sedimentation of the solids on the wall of the bowl. The conveyor rotates in the same direction as the bowl, but at a different speed, then removing the solids towards the conical end of the bowl.
High performance stainless steel
Because the sewage contains some corrosive ions or substances, to ensure the stability and the service life of the centrifuge, AISI321, AISI316, AISI316L or duplex stainless steel SAF2205 with high strength and corrosion resistance are used.
High-dryness screw conveyor and drum structure
The dehydration of solid particles relies mainly on strong centrifugal force, high-torque screw extrusion force (pushing torque), and ultra-long solid particle dehydration length. The centrifuge can generate centrifugal force exceeding thousands of G, 30 ~ 50% higher than the screw pushing torque of common centrifuges. The screw pusher torque, and the drum dehydration length is 10 ~ 20% longer than that of common centrifuges.
High torque involute planetary gear differential
The ultra-high pushing torque requires a high-torque involute planetary gear differential as the foundation. The differential equipped on the centrifuge features high torque, high speed, low heat generation, and excellent heat dispersion, which ensure that the centrifuge can be used for a long time and stably.
