23" Bowl High Performance Chemical Industry Three Phase Decanter Centrifuge
[ZK Separation] centrifuge is equipped with high-performance wear-resistant protective materials, greatly prolonging the maintenance cycle and ensuring the annual normal running time. The 3 Phase Decanter Centrifuge are widely used in the Petroleum Chemical fields, to separate oil, water and solids !
The heavy liquid phase separated by the centrifuge can adopt two different liquid discharging modes, namely gravity discharging and discharging through the built-in centripetal pump with pressure, wherein the latter includes liquid layer fixed mode and the online adjustable mode of heavy phase liquid layer, which is selected according to the process conditions.
The decanter centrifuge is for continuous separation of liquid-solid systems consisting of liquid and solids. Stock liquid is brought into the bowl through a centripetal pump. Solid matter settles into outer larger by the centrifugal force. The settled sediment is pushed into the drying area at the cone of the bowl by rotary difference between spiral and bow land discharged from the outlet. The liquid phase flow out from the liquid outlet.

Ammonia Coal Tar Solids
〇 High-performance sealing structure can effectively reduce the overflow of irritating gas, improve the air quality at the operation site, and reduce environmental pollution;
〇 High-performance sealing material can effectively avoid the swelling failure of ordinary rubber parts;
〇 The coke button in the coal tar is an important factor affecting the stability and service life of the centrifuge due to abrasion.

★ Separation performance (typical medium and high temperature coal tar) of coal tar three-phase centrifuge:
1. The centrifuge features high separation efficiency, compact structure, and continuous operation. The diameter of the separated particles can be reduced to 2 μm. The solid content (toluene insoluble matter) in the treated coke button is more than 45%, which can easily optimize the clarification of liquid and the dryness of solids.
2. Tar quality after separation: aqueous ammonia content: <2.5%; tar content: ≥97%; solid content (> 100 μm): <0.3%
3. After separation, the tar in the aqueous ammonia: ≤ 4g/L
Note: The aforementioned separation performances are based on coal tar temperature of 270°C.
