1 Summary

The drilling fluid shale shaker, as the 1st level device for solid-fluid separation of drilling fluid, is applicable in the drilling fluid solid control system of the petroleum & natural gas prospecting.

ZS/Z-2 Model Drilling Fluid Solid Phase Linear shale shaker, adopting 2 sets of equal mass-radius product vibrating motors, makes full use of the principle of sync to make the screen case move linearly in a particular direction so that rock debris can be screened out and removed from the drilling fluid.

3 Safety specifications

3.1 Installation

A.Select proper hoisting equipment and lifting tools;

B.Lifting or hoisting of equipment is prohibited at sites other than those appointed;

C.See to it that the mounting table is firm enough to support corresponding weight;

D.Equipments shall be stabilized and fixed to the tank surface.

3.2 Operation

A.See to it that the screen case fastening plate has been removed and fixed reversely prior to start;

B.No touching the screen case or compressing spring while the device runs;

C.In case of any abnormal sound or vibration after start, stop the device immediately to conduct troubleshooting;

D.Cut off the power supply after the device is stopped.

3.3 Maintenance

A.The anti-explosion electrical control case is only allowed to be opened after the general power supply is cut off;

B.Unauthorized adjustment to the eccentric block is prohibited;

C.Drilling, cutting or welding to the screen case are prohibited.

4 Structure and overall dimensions

ZS/Z-2 Model Drilling Fluid Solid Phase Linear Vibrating Screen is mainly made up of the base assembly, screen case assembly, assembly of adjuster of obliquity, anti-splashing device assembly, slurry chamber assembly and electrical control assembly, etc.

The screen case, supported by four compressed springs, is mounted on the left and right main beams of the assembly of adjuster of obliquity to form a typical “spring-mass” vibrating system.
