CSS desander is a piece of solid-control equipment especially for removing sold particles with diameter of 40~150μm in drilling liquid, so as to effectively control the solid content in the drilling liquid, provide reliable guarantee for improving drilling speed and lowering the drilling cost, and remove mud in deep well section. This desander can be assorted with kinds of cyclic purifying systems for drilling liquid.

CSS desander is composed of a small vibration screen and a desander. The specifications of ordinary desilting cyclone are 250 and 300 and number of cyclones is 2, or3. The corresponding specifications are as follows.

1. Installation

A. Use proper hoisting equipment and mechanism.

B. Prohibit hoisting the equipment out of assigned position.

C. Ensure the installing platform is firm and able to bear enough weight.

D. Mount the equipment stably and fix it on the tank reliably.

2. Maintenance

Prohibit any drilling, cutting or welding on the equipment.
