Tripple-Connection OilField Mud System Balance Elliptical Shale Shaker
General Description:
Base on ZS/T-1C series elliptical shale shaker, we make XBSY Tripple-Connection type
Drilling-fluid shale shaker is applicable to solid control system of drilling fluid of petroleum and natural gas exploration and it is the first stage equipment for solid-liquid separation of drilling fluid.
ZS/T-1C series shale shaker includes type ZS/T-1C translational-motion elliptical vibrating screen, type ZS/T2-1C translational-motion elliptical 2-in-1 vibrating screen and type ZS/T3-1C translational-motion elliptical 3-in-1 vibrating screen.
ZS/T-1C series elliptical shale shaker for solid phase separation of drilling fluid adopts 2 sets of vibration motor to realize elliptical movement of screen box along designed direction so as to screen out and discharge granular drilling cuttings in drilling fluid.

III. Safe operation rules
1. Installation
A. Appropriate hoisting equipment and lifting appliance shall be used;
B. Hoisting equipment outside of designated lifting points is strictly prohibited;
C. Soundness of installation platform shall be confirmed for sufficient bearing capacity;
D. The equipment shall be installed steadily and fixed reliably on tank.
2. Operation
A. Anchor blocks of screen box shall be confirmed having been removed and fixed in reverse direction prior to startup;
B. Touching screen box and springs during operation process of the equipment is strictly prohibited;
C. If abnormal noise or vibration is found after startup, the equipment shall be stopped immediately for trouble shooting;
D. Main power supply shall be cut off after shutdown.
3. Maintenance
A. Control box shall not be opened before main power supply is cut off;
B. Adjusting eccentric blocks of vibration motor is strictly prohibited;
C. Drilling holes and carrying out welding on screen box are strictly prohibited.
IV. Structural composition and overall dimensions
ZS/T-1C series elliptical vibrating screen consists of 5 main parts, i.e. base frame, screen box, mud box, dip angle adjusting device and electrical control system.
Screen box is linked on base frame by rubber spring, thus forming a typical “spring-mass” vibration system.
2-in-1 and 3-in-1 vibrating screen are formed by combining 2 sets or 3 sets of vibrating screen together to share a common base frame and a mud box for convenience of installation and transportation.

V. Operation principles
ZS/T-1C series elliptical vibrating screen is of a twin-shaft self-synchronizing inertia elliptical vibrating screen with unequal mass-radius product. Two sets of vibration motor with unequal mass-radius product are installed horizontally and rotate in reverse direction. According to self-synchronizing theory, rotational movement of the two sets of vibration motor will follow each other and synchronized reverse rotation can be realized in a short time if certain conditions are met.
According to force center theory and coincidence with each other the center of force of vibration exciter and center of mass of vibration participants, excitation force will bring the entire screen box to make vibration movement that has cyclic variation and elliptical trail. Each and every point of screen box vibrates with identical direction and intensity.
