Linear motion mechanism using a guide shaft:
The rod-shaped guide shaft adopts a simple shape that is the
easiest to achieve the outer diameter precision in machining, and
is often used for the guidance of high-precision linear motion. The
guide shaft has the following features.
1. there are "g6" and "f8" two kinds of tolerance products are
available, the former is suitable for the mechanism that requires
almost no clearance precision movement, the latter is suitable for
grease lubrication or oil lubrication bearings.
2. In order to improve the surface hardness of the shaft portion,
high frequency quenching and hard chrome plating treatment are
employed.
3. It can ensure the roundness, straightness of the shaft, and the
coaxiality and perpendicularity with the shape of the end face.
4. Depending on the installation method, the guide shafts for
different shaft ends can be selected.
