PART 1: INTRODUCTION AND APPLICATION:
This pvc bamboo roofing sheet, is also named 3 layers composite tiles,synthetic resin tiles,bamsheets etc.This line consists of extruder, T-die,and accessory machines,like two rollers calendars, forming machine, cutting and ridge tiles forming machines. It can continuously extrude single layer pvc glazed tiles, PVC+PMMA,and PVC+ASA composite multi-layer glazed tiles. This glazed tiles
are widely used in pavilions, hotels, galleries, resorts, family building etc.

PART 2: SHEET SPECIFICATION:
1. Width: 720, 880, 1050mm
2. Thickness: 1-3mm
3. Can be co-exrtusion ABA, AB, ABC
4. ASA or PMMA co-extrusion

PART 3: PRODCUTION FLOWS:
High speed mixer--conical twin screw extruder--co-extruder--co-extrusion die head--embossing and cooling rollers--forming machine--saw cutting machine--stacker--pneumatic pressing machine for ridge tiles moulds

PART 4 PAYMENT, DELIVERY, AND OTHER SERVICE:
1. Payment: 40% for the prepayment by T/T, 60% for the downpayment by T/T or L/C available.
2. Delivery: 60 days after the prepayment, loading port: Qingdao, 2 sets of 40GP containers.
3. Warranty for machinery: 18months for mechanical parts, 12 months for electrical parts.
4. Installtion and commissioning
The seller will dispatch four 1-2 engineers from the seller to the buyer's factory for installation and commissioning and training till the buyer's workers can operate the machines independently.
