Product Introduction

Acrylic dispersions were mixed with alkyd emulsions to obtain coatings that lower the amount of volatile organic compounds (VOC) in surface coatings. The advantage of this approach is that the fast drying of the acrylic is combined with the good film properties of the alkyd. Films produced with an alkyd and a soft acrylic (AA1) did not exhibit good film properties.

With excellent coverage, hiding power, and durability their superior levelling properties provide a smooth, streak-free, finish that withstands frequent washing and resists chipping and abrasion. WL-380-11 has high fullness,it is applied to make various of decorative paint for wood and surface of metal.

Application

• As the film-forming substance of self-drying one-component water-based paint, it is used for anti-corrosion primer coating of steel surface that is not immersed in water medium.

• It can be used in various anti-corrosion environments in industrial fields, such as steel, chemical industry, petroleum, power industry, port sewage industry, etc., and can also be used in pipelines, tunnels, underground warehouses, etc.
• A small amount of amino can be added to prepare and produce amino baking paint
• It is mainly used in waterborne alkyd topcoat

Instruction

(1) It can be diluted with water, and water-based drier can be oxidized and cross-linked to dry at room temperature, or it can be baked at low temperature to promote its drying. Some dry materials have reverse roughness when being added. You can add a neutralizer to the dry materials in advance, and then add them.

(2) It has excellent anti-corrosion performance and drying time. It is specially designed for the preparation of anti-rust primer and bottom-in-one paint. It can be made into self-drying and low-temperature baking anti-rust paint. The paint film has excellent drying properties. , Anti-corrosion performance and certain anti-aging performance.

(3) Deionized water should be used for dilution. Pay attention to the pH value of the system when diluting. Acidic or hetero-ionized water will destroy the stability of the system. N,N-dimethylethanolamine or triethylamine can be added to adjust the pH of the emulsion. The pH-adjusted emulsion has good storage stability. Clean tap water can also be used after testing.
