1. Product Description of Ceramic Shot Peening
Ceramic shot peening is made by the same process as the one of ceramic beads,but in different
particle size distribution. It also adopts high quality zircon sand as the main raw material,then fused
in an electric arc furnace under high tempeture over 2000 degrees, then made into different
microbeads by special technology through processes of cooling,screening and Electromagnetic,
packing.
Compared with glass beads,ceramic beads has the advantages of high density, high hardness and
low break-down rate.
