Ceramic beads B100 size 106-180 μm for sandblasting matte finish of notebook computer
DESCRIPTION
Ceramic Beads are a zirconia based spherical blasting media, with
ZrO2 about 60-62%, SiO2 25-30%. It is produced by electrofusion at
a temperature of above 2000°C.
Ceramic beads are of good toughness, good wear resistance and impact resistance, which ensures consistent surface finishes.
There are B series ceramic beads blasting media with sizes from B20 to B505.
And Z series ceramic beads shot peening media with sizes from Z100 to Z850.
B series can be usded as a sandblasting media in sandblasting machine for finishing, deburring, cleaning and descaling ferrous and non-ferrous parts.
Z series can be used as shot peening media in shot peening machines for metal parts strengthen and cleaning.
It is new environment friendly sandblasting material replace of glass beads because of no dust pollution and excellent performance in matte sandblasting finish.

APPLICATION
Ceramic sand B100 is often used for sandblasting the body of notebook computers.
At the same time, B120, B170 and B250 also the widely choosed sizes.
Notebook computers are generally made of aviation-grade aluminum alloy. Ceramic sand is smooth and elastic. Ceramic sand is used as the sandblasting medium. The fine sandblasting brings a more advanced matte texture. The metal sandblasting process makes the whole body feel more comfortable.
