Machine advantages:
1. The main parts of machine are cast with high quality cast iron, all of them are tempered twice, and the finite element analysis and design are carried out by special design software to achieve the purpose of reasonable structure.
-----The tube thickness of the castings is up to 25 mm, and the internal reinforcement of ribs and bons is arranged. The fuselage has the characteristics of high strength, good stability and not easy to deform, which ensures the rigidity of the whole machine and the accuracy of long-term use.
-----Cutting capacity of aluminium parts can reach 2 mm, Cutting capacity of 45 steel can reach 0.15-0.2 mm and the fuselage will not resonate and tremble.
2. The three axes are equipped with Taiwan HIWIN C3 (0.8u precision) screw rod and guide rail.
Both ends of the screw rod are assembled by NSK matching bearing pre-tension mode, which can effectively reduce the accuracy error caused by screw deformation in high speed working.
3. All installation surface of the machine are manually scraped and lapped to ensure that each link of the assembly can achieve fine workmanship.
The assembly accuracy is strictly checked and accepted in accordance with the (+0.025mm) standard, and it can stand the test of long-term and high-strength use.
4. Mechanical and Electrical Configuration:
The system is DSP / Mach3/Syntec system (the system has the characteristics of stable performance, fast control speed, exquisite product processing, high cost performance, timely service and so on) for option

5.The metal mold cnc router R-6060 has AC servo motor adopts the 450W motor for your option, (the motor has the advantages of over 1 million resolution, high rigidity and short response time).

6.Other parts such as AC contactors, relays, frequency converters, DC voltage stabilized power supply, automatic tool alignment instrument, etc are imported from Japan and Taiwan, providing a solid guarantee for the stability of the whole machine.

7. Open cover design and unique oil device can avoid the leakage of oil when machine working and ensure the safety and health of operators. It is an ideal choice for the processing of dies, parts and electrodes.
