with its TNC RF counterparts distinguished by screw-thread mating.
These connectors are compact, threaded, and waterproof, maintaining
a steady 50 Ohm impedance across a broad frequency spectrum from DC
to 11 GHz. Available in both standard and reverse polarity
configurations, they are typically manufactured using die-cast and
molded components, offering an affordable solution. While their
performance may not rival that of premium industrial products, TNC
connectors are perfectly suited for a wide range of commercial
applications, particularly in antenna connections within avionics,
communications, and general industry markets. Reverse polarity and
75 Ohm versions are also available to cater to specific needs.
