​Structure of Machine

The machine is composed of five parts: main engine, hydraulic system, die frame, control mechanism and feeding mechanism. The main engine includes fuselage, pillar, cylinder, frame, etc. Hydraulic system includes servo motor, oil pump, valve block, valve, pipeline, etc. The control mechanism includes limit device, pipeline and electric control box, etc. The electrical system is located on the right side of the main engine, connecting the tubing and wire into a whole, and realizing the whole operation procedure.

This machine has three operation modes: slightly moving, semi-automatic and automatic. Pressure and position can be adjusted within a certain range. Servo motors, oil pumps and valves are placed on the top of the fuel tank. Independent control cabinets and operation consoles are used for electronic control. The main cylinder block is fixed on the upper beam by means of the shoulder and mother of the cylinder head. The lower end of the piston rod is machined with threads connected with the die frame.
