Small Slewing Bearing SE1 Slewing Ring Drive Manufacturers, 50mn, 42crmo Material For Solar Trackers
Description
The small slewing bearing device is usually composed of a worm, a
slewing ring, a housing, a motor, and the like. Since the core
components are slewing bearings, they can simultaneously withstand
axial forces, radial forces, and tilting moments. Compared with
traditional slew drive products, our slew drive is easy to install,
easy to maintain, and saves installation space. The product can be
widely used in construction machinery and new energy fields such as
heavy-duty flatbed trucks, container cranes, truck-mounted cranes,
aerial work vehicles, and solar power generation systems.
Heat Treatment Of Small Slewing Drive
Raceway heat treatment: The raceways of the slewing bearing are surface-inductively quenched, and the quenching hardness is ensured at HRC 55-62, which can achieve sufficient depth of hardened layer.
Gear heat treatment: Due to the need to transmit force, one of the
slewing rings usually has teeth. The heat treatment state of the
gear is generally normalized or tempered. The tooth surface can
also be quenched according to the user's requirements. The
quenching hardness is between 50 and 60 HRC and sufficient depth
can be guaranteed. Gear quenching can be divided into full tooth
quenching and single tooth induction hardening depending on the
application. Single-tooth induction hardening can be divided into
tooth surface root quenching and tooth surface quenching.
